Bothell Park #2

This park is one of my favorites year round! It has great open, grassy fields that are either dried out in the late fall to early spring or green in the summer/early fall. It has a fabulous tree to explore (which helps loosen kids up at the beginning of the session), a fence that is perfect for climbing and getting photos on and a board walk.
Fall leaves are great at this park between late October and early December.

This park photographs best in the morning or about an hour and a half before sunset. Midday, there is not much shade of the sun is bright, photos are challenging to capture well. All examples below are morning or golden hour photos.

You do see a playground as you pull in, so keep that in mind if your kiddo might hyper-focus on it. We will meet on the other side of the parking lot and can definitely end with photos on the playground, but I want to put that warning out there for those families that have playground-lovin’ kiddos.

There is no proper bathroom, but there is a Honeybucket.
