Carkeek Park (Seattle)

This park is a partly sandy & partly rocky) beach park that also has a lovely forest area. There is even a cute wetland area with a cute bridge.

With this being a beach, the best lighting is going to be morning or an hour and a half before sunset.

Dogs are welcome here! There is a playground that kiddos will see when you park, so if your little ones are okay with that - great! We can always end the session playing there.

This park even has bathrooms! It is a great park to choose if you are looking for Seattle family photos at a beach.
